Being outside the Tampa Bay area doesn't limit what you can get from us, bookkeeping, tax prep, and business formation are all handled the same way virtually as they would be in person.
Our office is in the Tampa Bay area. Clients there can visit in person for a consultation or ongoing service, or handle everything online, whichever's more convenient.
We serve clients throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia, fully virtually. There's no physical office in the DC area yet, but the same team and the same standards apply either way.
You don't need to be near our Tampa Bay office to work with us. Everything, from your first consultation to filing, can be handled virtually, including the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area.
If your books are already with us, your annual personal or business return is included as part of your bookkeeping tier, Essential through Strategic, you're not billed separately for it.
Bilingual service isn't limited to translating documents, every conversation, from your first call to your filed return, can happen in English or Spanish.
Whether you're operating informally for the first time or you already have a formal entity, we work with you at whatever stage you're at, including helping you formalize if you haven't yet.
If you're on the Strategic tier, you get one planning session included each year. If you want more ongoing planning outside of that, standalone Tax Planning & Strategy is available as its own service.
Starter is EIN application and entity registration only. Pro adds S-Corp election filing and state sales tax and unemployment registration. Premium adds domain and email setup, payroll accounts, a consultation, and one free month of Essential-tier bookkeeping.
